Thanks, Jim. It’s interesting for me to watch Golden Eagles in America, so I was glad that you and Robert made this broadcast possible. I’m currently watching the nests in Romania and Estonia. Yes, Paaku was apparently ready to leave; I watched him live, too. I hope—and think—that after his slip, he realized he can actually fly. It would be really nice to see the parents and Paaku back in the nest again. I hope Paaku has a happy future.

We’ll keep the camera active for a while, weeks at least, to see if Paaku comes back. Sometimes the parents make visits to the nest, too. No definite date when we will discontinue broadcasting this video. I started watching at about 7 am and Paaku was busy the whole time before leaving the nest. You have a good record of keeping up with this nest’s activities.
