8/13 The three storklets still haven't returned to the nest. The fish are still lying there…

8/10 One storklet is 78 days old, two are 77 days old….

…and all three are hungry, but there is no parent to feed them.
~15:00 An adult Black stork arrives and is pecking at the frightened storklets. The intruder leaves at 15:12.
The kids haven't eaten anything all day. Neither Mom nor Dad were in the nest. Maybe Mom has already migrated, but Dad…?
There was speculation that he might have been trapped, means caught so he could be banded.
